1st Hillsborough Scout Group is a unit within The Scout Association and is based in the village of Royal Hillsborough, Northern Ireland.

1st Hillsborough Scout Group helps children and young adults reach their full potential. We develop skills including teamwork, time management, leadership, initiative, communication, self-motivation and cultural awareness.
1st Hillsborough Scouts celebrated its 70th anniversary in 2015 and now has around 200 members, aged 4 to 17 years. Our longest serving leader has been with us for 65 years!
What do we do? Team games, entertainment, community service, survival skills, first aid, climbing, kayaking, camping and expeditions….and we have fun!
Scouting is about adventure – doing new things, meeting new friends. As kids move through our sections, the challenges step up.
